Wonderful little bar that has a cozy atmosphere for hanging out with friends. Inexpensive, great place to grab a bite to eat before a baseball game or just somewhere to go for a quick bite. Have a big LCD screen television behind the bar which makes for a great stop for a beer and to watch whatever sports game is playing at the time. Bartenders are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to drinks from different eras as they can make whatever specialty drink you throw at them. A person can’t say that they’ve been to Detroit without visiting this bar as this place speaks the city’s name.

Great place if you want to grab a bite to eat. Best nights of the week are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as it’s the weekend and a great time to unwind from the week. They also have live music with parking either on the street or in their private lot. Great place for dinner and they do take reservations in advance so you don’t have to worry about them being booked.

They make a mouth watering corned beef on an onion roll with Swiss and Russian dressing. They also have burgers and fries if you want to keep it simple.Their décor is of old signs like Vernor’s Ginger Ale and a few other vintage signs that really take a person back. Parking is on the street. Nice, clean restaurant that’s great for hanging out with friends and just relaxing in a pub setting. They have a full bar too, so enjoy!
