When new customers call us for the first time, they usually have at least a few of the same questions for us. Q: Are there any rules about drinking and smoking on the bus?
A: Yes there are. We do require that all passengers be at least 21 years old if alcohol will be on board. You're absolutely welcome to bring alcohol on the bus and to consume it, including beer, wine, and liquor — however, we are not allowed by Michigan law to provide you with any alcohol. We typically provide ice and cups for you, so all you've got to do is bring the alcohol, and any mixers (pop or juice) that you desire. We absolutely do not allow any smoking on our buses in order to protect the furnishings and out of respect for our nonsmoking customers, and we appreciate you adhering to that rule.
Q: How much will it cost me to rent a party bus for the night, and are there any ways I can keep the cost lower?
A: We can't provide exact prices on our Web site, but we would be happy to give you a price over the phone or via email. We do have a few valuable tips for keeping costs low: (1) Book on a weekday when possible. (2) Avoid peak times of the year such as New Year's Eve, St Patrick's Day, Christmas, late April through mid-June, and weekends. (3) Ask about our special travel packages for certain events, such as weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and more.
Q: In what ways does your company work to ensure my safety?
A: We are fully licensed and insured, with all the necessary paperwork and permits to do business in Michigan. You're protected by as much as $5 million in insurance too. We only hire the best professional chauffeurs in Detroit, as opposed to the other companies in the area that oftentimes just hire drivers. Our chauffeurs face background checks, driving tests, driving record checks, and more. We leave no stone unturned in making sure that these chauffeurs are fit to drive you and your party around town. Your safety is always our top priority.
Q: How does a limousine differ from a party bus in terms of experience?
A: That's a good question! Limousines are fantastic for classier events because they offer a polished appearance, and they're known for their timeless charm and reliability. A party bus offers stand up room and more party centric features, so it's a great choice for when you want to let loose and have a great time with all of your friends. Limousines and party buses are fantastic vehicles that can serve a multitude of purposes, and you'll find our vehicles are great for any event.
Q: Does our cost include everything?
A: It absolutely does! Most companies in the area will give you a price that seems too good to be true, and that's because it usually is. Unlike these types of companies, we decide to include everything into our total cost, including things such as the chauffeurs gratuity and every last drop of fuel. This way, you won't have your driver pulling up with demands of cash before he can go anywhere. Book with us saves you time, stress, and money!
Q: What happens if we damage something?
A: Our party buses are in pristine condition, and we make certain of that before we send them out to you. Because of how much time, effort, and work we put into our vehicles, we ask that you return them in the same condition that they were brought to you in. If you happen to damage something on one of our vehicles, we will have to charge you for what you've damaged. If you're cautious and safe, you shouldn't have a problem!
